General Responsibilities

- Ensure that your use of AI-generated content is responsible and appropriate
Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activity or promote illegal activities
- Generate, upload, or distribute harmful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
- Generate sexually explicit content where prohibited, or any content involving minors
- Generate or distribute spam, phishing content, scams, or deceptive marketing
- Generate malware, malicious code, or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with security, rate limits, or technical controls
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service in an abusive or unauthorised manner
AI Provider Policies
You must not use the Service in any way that would cause Roboryt to violate the policies of our AI providers, including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others. This includes restrictions on disallowed content, harmful uses, and safety requirements.
Financial Crime and High-Risk Activity
- You may not use the Service to support money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
- You may not use the Service for activities restricted under our payment partners' rules, including certain high-risk or prohibited businesses
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you are violating this Policy, we may issue warnings, temporarily suspend your account, permanently terminate your account, or report suspected illegal activities to relevant authorities.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
